• New leadership in Missouri City — Troy Finner has been named Chief of the Missouri City Police Department. With more than 30 years in law enforcement and experience leading the Houston Police Department, Finner brings proven leadership and a deep understanding of the profession. • Dallas Police loss — Our thoughts are with the Dallas Police Department following the passing of Chris Blow, who died off duty after a sudden medical emergency while traveling overseas to be with family.
